A Bit About Me

Carolina Rodríguez is a Colombian Woman, Business Administrator with solid experience in project management and quality auditing. She has been part of Community Ambassadors since 2022, serving in key roles as a Data Analyst and Program Coordinator. Currently, she leads and supports curriculum design, program planning and coordination, as well as data analysis and program evaluation, ensuring that services respond to the real needs of the immigrant community in Ocean County, New Jersey.

Since arriving in the United States, she has personally experienced the challenges of adapting to a new country and a different language. For this reason, she is deeply committed to reducing language and educational access barriers, ensuring that students feel supported throughout their entire learning journey.

She is a positive and proactive professional with a strong passion for efficiency, community impact, and inclusive education. She enjoys optimizing processes while supporting individuals in meaningful ways. Her work is guided by ethics, collaboration, and a deep commitment to service, particularly for immigrant communities navigating educational and workforce development systems in the United States.

She highly values constructive feedback and strives to implement continuous improvements in programs and the student experience.
